Job Location: Dubai
GoDoGoDo CM (SCA-regulated) international brokerage firm is looking for a Head Of Sales to join its team. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets..
Education: Bachelor’s degree/PG in any field.
Experience :
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in sales management within the forex industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the forex sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s presence in the forex industry.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to track performance and drive results. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the forex industry.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the forex market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and liquidity providers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as trading, research, and compliance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of forex products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Experience working with institutional clients, brokers, and liquidity providers.
- Ability to travel as needed.
