GoDo (FSC-regulated) international brokerage firm is looking for an Assistant Finance Officer to join its team.
Being an integral part of the growing team, you contribute to the company's financial health and play a crucial part in shaping its image and success in the competitive Forex industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting/Commerce, or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum 0.6-1 years of working experience as Accounting /Finance preferably with an international stockbroker in the Forex industry.
Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency conversions.
- Provide Assistance for compliance works
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports required for regulatory compliance.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records related to Forex transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing relationships with external financial institutions and service providers.
- Support in payroll processing
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute ideas and insights for continuous process improvement.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations in the Forex industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
